FAQ'S

Will you work on another Designer's garment, costume or wedding dress?

Yes - let's collaborate! We can create a better outcome if the designer sends us the cut pieces to work on before the garment is constructed.

Will you work on a garment that I am creating?

We would love to! Again, we can create a better outcome if you send us the cut pieces to work on before the garment is constructed. Alternatively, you can send us lace, trims or applique pieces to embellish, which you can apply to your garment or costume.

I have my own crystals. Can I send these to be applied?
We cannot guarantee a product that we have not tried and tested. We take no responsibility for shine, durability and adhesiveness on crystals and rhinestones not supplied by us. We can test your products prior to commencment.

I am a Manufacturer/Designer and wish to have multiple garments/pieces crystalled.

Great - we can work systematically, to support your manufacturing process and can negotiate on production.

Do you charge more for brides?
We do not. We see a bride as someone we will have an ongoing relationship with. Any bride who is fabulous enough to have crystals on her wedding dress may also want crystals for a cocktail dress, christenings, the children's ballet costumes, her own costumes and so on. She will not find out later that she paid more because she was getting married.

Does the crystal embellishment price change if I want multiple colours and sizes?
You can have up to five changes in colour or size before the design is reviewed.

What if I decide that I want more crystals once you've begun?
Absolutely! We can review the design, but we can't take them off once they are on!

Do you design and make bridal gowns?
No. The construction of bridal gowns require specialist skills and embroidery machinery. We can recommend a number of local designers who we have previously collaborated with.
