Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at  Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time:
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Sendle Standard within Brisbane in 1-2 days
outside of Brisbane 3-5 business days
Australia Post Exress domestic : 1-2 Days, or for rural areas or Western Australia up  to 3 days. 
Note that Express parcels must be posted at our post office by 4:30pm for overnight delivery. This means that orders after 3pm that day may not be packed in time and will be posted the following day.
Australia Post  regular parcel post : 3-7 working days. 
Delivery delays can occasionally occur. If so, we will do or best to comminucate isses and solutions
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. However also contact us as we aim to accomodate if we can. 
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. please photogrpah damges and send via email with your claim to
